項目選址位於香港觀塘區東南部鯉魚門的三家村，該村落約有150年歷史，為九龍十三鄉之一，位於油塘及鯉魚門附近，總佔地面積約六十萬平方尺。
The project site is located in Sam Ka Tsuen, Lei Yue Mun, southeast of Kwun Tong District, Hong Kong. The village has a history of about 150 years. It is located near Yau Tong and Lei Yue Men, with a total area of about 600000 square feet.
