SITE CONDITIONS
三家村原有建築物屬於寮屋，即簡稱鐵皮屋。該建築通常相當簡陋且建造密集，寮屋區十分擠逼，衛生惡劣，更經常發生火災意外。
The original buildings in Sam Ka Tsuen belong to squatter huts, which are referred to as iron huts. The building is usually quite shabby and densely built, squatter areas are crowded, sanitation is poor, and fire accidents are more frequent.
村落的道路縱橫交錯缺乏完善的規劃，對外來人而言如同進入迷宮。發生緊急事故時也對出入帶來嚴重的不便。
The criss-crossed roads in the village lack perfect planning, and it is like entering a maze traveler. There are also serious inconveniences when entering an emergency.
